Who We Are

Christy Fleeman, M.A., LPC, Program Director

As Therapist and Program Director, Christy specializes in counseling children, adolescents and their families.  She realizes the importance of being a team player and puts forth all effort to collaborate with all involved.  Christy understands the importance of working in partnership with parents, juvenile officers, caseworkers, schools and others involved to best meet the needs of each adolescent.  She strives to assist adolescents reach their potential and become successful in attaining their goals.  Christy graduated from College of the Ozarks in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science, and received her Master of Art in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2004.  She is currently a member of the American Counseling Association of Missouri.  Her experience is diverse; she has worked in residential facilities, inpatient hospitalization, clinical case management, and provided outpatient counseling.  Christy also continuously seeks further education through reviewing literature and attending seminars and conferences.



Jack Kienzle, M. Ed., Administrator and Director of Education

As an educator for the Central R-III School District, Jack was instrumental in developing the district's behavioral disorder program, whose success led to the establishment of the satellite school at the New Hope Facility in 1995.  Jack educates the enrolled youths while overseeing the daily operations of the facility.  Jack received his Bachelor of Science in Education from Central Methodist College in 1992 and his Master of Art and Teaching with an emphasis in Special Education from Webster University in 1997.  He is currently perusing his doctoral degree from St. Louis University.



Alicia Murray, Assistant Administrator

With over twenty years of supervisory experience, Alicia has been employed at New Hope since 1996 and is the assistant administrator.  She performs a multitude of duties including; staffing, children's admission, health and welfare and the administrative preparation of state-mandated forms.  Alicia received her Associate Degree from Cranford College in 1983.



Kelley Kendle, Child Advocate

As the child advocate, Kelley participates in court hearings, family support team meetings and assists clients with meeting their medical needs.  She interacts directly with each client on a daily basis.  In addition, she performs many administrative duties including reviewing reports and assisting in the administrative processes.  Kelley received her Associate Degree from Ashworth College in 2006.
